Research on City Center Identification and Optimization Strategy Based on POI Data——Taking the Four Districts of Qingdao as an Example

Abstract With the help of analysis tools such as mean nearest neighbor, standardized ellipse and kernel density ArcGIS software, this paper uses POI data to deeply identify analyze urban polycentric spatial structure four districts in Qingdao, draws following conclusions: multi-center layout Qingdao presents five major centers with “one principal, two assistants clusters”, a pattern strong main center weak sub-center. In future planning development, it is necessary establish hierarchical orderly system, strengthen diversity complexity central functions, improve guidance support role transportation for each functional center.
